Hyderabad: Suniel Shetty to play a cop in Manchu Vishnu’s crossover film. Bollywood actors, one after the other, are busy signing up for Telugu films. Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in Sye Raa, while Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon are busy shooting for KGF Chapter 2. Suniel Shetty, who was recently seen in Pailwan, a Kichha Sudeep-starrer, is all set to be part of a Telugu crossover film. As per the latest reports, he has been roped in to play a vital role in Manchu Vishnu’s upcoming film with Kajal Aggarwal.
The Jeffrey Chin-directorial is said to feature Suniel Shetty as a cop. Reports claim that the Bollywood actor is impressed with the story and his characterisation. It is noted that he will bring depth to the character.
The film’s shoot is happening in Hyderabad and Suniel will join sets very soon. Besides Hindi films, Suniel has been showing a lot of interest in regional cinema. With the kind of scripts South filmmakers down are bringing him, we have heard that Suniel is looking for more roles to play.
Also, he is in talks with a leading production house in Tollywood to play the lead antagonist in their project. More updates are awaited.
