Hyderabad: Telugu Desam M.P. K.Rammohan Naidu praised the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Dr Y.S.Rajasekhar Reddy, on the later’s death anniversary on Monday. It is an unexpected move from the yellow party, as no other leader from the TDP remembered Dr YSR.

Rammohan took to twitter to praise the late leader whom he termed as a ‘mass leader’. ‘Dr YSR undoubtedly influenced millions of people in Andhra Pradesh and South India for policies and methods of governance’, tweeted the Youth leader from the Srikakulam Parliamentary constituency. The last sentence of his tweet rather interestingly mentions CM Jagan, by saying ‘YSR is a Congress icon who left behind a complex legacy @ysjagan’.

Rammohan Naidu won consecutively for the second time as an MP from the yellow party. He was the only person to win the MP seat in the North Andhra districts in the April 2019 elections. He is the son of Yerrannaidu, a popular TD leader from the North Coastal region of AP, who was MLA four times and MP four times from Srikakulam District.
