TDP leader’s car set on fire by miscreants at Pulivendula

Kadapa: A car belonging to Telugu Desam leader and AP forest ex director Pucha Maruthi Varaprasad was set on fire by unknown persons at Pulivendula of Kadapa district. The Incident took place on Friday at around 10 pm. The local people noticed the flames and informed the fire department. Fire officer Gabriale sent a fire tender to douse the flames.

Varaprasad had parked his car at the Pulivendula Telugu Desam party office and had gone to Canada with his family. The Circle police inspector Seetharamireddy visited the spot and enquired about the incident. The victim’s relative Bhaskar Reddy registered a complaint and the police have registered the case and are investigating.
