Telangana extends D.EI.Ed, D.P.S.E application date to 18 June

Hyderabad: Telangana has extended the last date for applying for a diploma in elementary education (D.EI.Ed) and a diploma in pre-school education (D.P.S.E) for 2020-22 to 18 June.
The entrance exam is conducted for admissions into two-year courses in govt DIETs/private unaided elementary teacher education institutions, including minority and non-minority institutes, in Telangana.
On 4 June, the convenor of DEECET 2020 and director of SIET, Hyderabad, issued a circular which read, "The receiving of applications for D.EI.Ed and DPSD through a computer-based test (online mode) for admission into two-year courses in government DIETs/private unaided elementary teacher education institutions (including minority and non-minority) in the state for the batch of 2020-22 is extended to 18 June 2020."
