Telangana HC sends notice to Akbaruddin Owaisi

Hyderabad: The High court of Telangana has issued notices to All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen MLA from Chandrayanagutta of Hyderabad and party floor leader in Telangana state Assembly Akbaruddin Owaisi in a petition filed against the dismissal of cancellation of bail granted to him by a Special Sessions Court at Hyderabad. The High Court was acting on a petition moves by advocate Karunasagar.
Karunasagar appealed the Court to cancel the bail granted to Owaisi and allow proceedings against him, alleging that he had violated conditions of the bail. The bail was granted in connection with a case registered over an alleged hate speech against him at Nizamabad in 2012.
The court also ordered to serve notices to Police department and other investigating agencies who were probing the case.
