Telangana state Intermediate Board exam results released

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE), which conducts the Intermediate exams (equivalent of Class XI and XII) has announced the results on June 18. The students who wish to check their results can access the results from these websites:

The results were announced by P. Sabitha Indra Reddy, the minister for education, Telangana, at Vidya Bhavan, Nampally.
A total of 9.65 lakh students appeared for their intermediate examinations this year. Even as a few examinations were postponed due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the exams were held later in June by the board, including papers of Geography Paper-II, Modern Language-Paper-II among others.
The TSBIE had earlier informed that Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be held in July for those who were unable to attend the Intermediate examinations. The board had also taken precautions while conducting examinations during the COVID-19 lockdown.
On the other hand, the Telangana government had decided to promote all class X students in the state owing to the COVID-19 situation, while evaluating marks using students’ internal assessment. The results for the SSC (Secondary School Certificate)or class X exams in Telangana will be released soon, sources said.
