Telangana State launches 20 Mobile Testing Buses

Hyderabad: The Telangana State government is planning to launch 20 mobile testing buses, one of which was inaugurated by Health Minister Eatala Rajender on Wednesday, 29th July.

The volvo buses function as Mobile Testing Labs and have 10 counters for testing people simultaneously. The government is planning to send these buses to slum areas and containment zones in the state.

While inaugurating a mobile testing lab at the Koti Command Control Center, the minister said that since everybody is unable to visit government health facilities, specially in containment zones and slums, "our buses will visit these places and conduct COVID-19 tests for free."
