UAE Airlines resume service from Hyderabad International Airport

Hyderabad: UAE Airline carriers Emirates, Fly Dubai and Air Arabia resume direct service from Hyderabad International Airport. Passengers who want to travel to Dubai or fly back to Hyderabad can opt for airline carriers Emirates and Fly Dubai and those willing to travel between Sharjah and Hyderabad can do so with Air Arabia.

Emirates and Fly Dubai airlines have resumed their operations between Hyderabad and Dubai thrice a week. While Emirates is operating on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday; Fly Dubai is available on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Air Arabia has also resumed a similar service of thrice a week between Hyderabad and Sharjah: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Air Arabia resumed its Hyderabad Sharjah services from September 8 onwards while Emirates and FlyDubai recommenced Hyderabad Dubai services from September 10.

Hyderabad International Airport has re-connected under the Government of India’s Air Transport Bubble arrangements with the United Arab Emirates with three airlines resuming their services connecting Hyderabad with Dubai and Sharjah.

Passengers can book a ticket through the respective airline from Hyderabad to Dubai and Sharjah as per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. All passengers will have to adhere to the Covid-19 safety guidelines.

Under the Air Transport Bubble arrangement, airlines like British Airways have resumed operations connecting Hyderabad to the UK and beyond.

The arrival and departure passengers of international flights are handled as per the safety protocol through the fully sanitized International Arrivals and Interim International Departures Terminal (IIDT) of GMR Hyderabad International Airport, which have been kept ready for flight operations. Mandatory screening and safety measures are in place throughout the in the terminals with mandatory social distancing enforced through special queuing arrangements at all passenger processing points.
