Vet doctor murder mystery solved: Cops detain 2 killers

Hyderabad: Cyberabad police investigating the murder of veterinary doctor Disha (name changed) have reportedly detained the driver and cleaner of a lorry, in connection with the case. Meanwhile, they have also traced her bike beside the highway at Kothur village limits.

Police are suspecting that after killing her, they dumped her body and her bike in the truck with an intention to dispose them. Midway, they removed the number plate of the bike from the rear and front portions and dumped it in the bushes on the roadside, after which they had travelled ahead with the body and dumped it beneath the culvert and set it on fire.

However, police are yet to trace her mobile phone, which is missing. The phone was found switched off after she last spoke to her sister, explaining her about the situation at the toll plaza and how two unknown men are forcing to help her.

Police sources stated that the accused made all efforts to erase the evidence, but technical aspects helped to get a breakthrough in the case
