Actor Sonu Sood does it again, decides to adopt three Bhuvanagiri orphans

Hyderabad: Coming to the rescue of three Bhuvanagiri orphans, actor Sonu Sood has decided to take their responsibility till they settle down in life.

This followed a tweet by Rajesh Karanam, a senior journalist from Hyderabad. He had requested Sood to help three kids who had lost their parents at Yadadri in Bhuvanagiri district. "They are no longer orphans. They will be my responsibility," the actor responded.

Karanam said he was on a story when he met Manohar, 9, Lasya, 6 and Yashwant, 4. “Manohar, the eldest of three had requested me to reach out to Sonu Sood as he had watched his videos of helping the needy," he said.

Manohar had told Karanam that he wants to become a doctor and serve the poor and needy. “On his request, I decided to tweet and tag Sonu Sood. I was certain that he will respond. To my surprise, the actor responded within 15 minutes," he said.

Later Sood called Karanam over the phone telling him that the arrangements for the kids have been made in Shirdi. He said he would arrange flight tickets to bring the orphans to Shridi. “If they agree, I am ready to take complete responsibility until they settle down in life,” Sood told Karanam.

Earlier, Sood told NewsMeter that he was glad that God had chosen him to help the people. "They put all their faith in you. They know that you are going to help them. The thought of reuniting them with their parents keeps me motivated,” he said.
