Engineering student dies in freak accident at Jubilee Hills

Hyderabad: An engineering student was killed when he lost control of his bike and hit the road divider while trying to save a dog near Jubilee Hills check post on Sunday night.

A resident of Ameerpet, 23-year-old Charan Yadav was on his KTM bike when he noticed a dog crossing the road. While trying to avoid hitting the canine, he lost control of his bike and hit the road divider

He sustained a severe head injury and died on the spot. Dog also died after being hit by the bike.

Jubilee Hills police have shifted the body for postmortem. Police have registered a case and started investigation. They are also looking into other angles that may have led to the accident.
