The company has successfully deployed its flagship AccessGenie AIoT Video Analytics Platform at the Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Care Trust (RAHCT) Dialysis Centre in Kondapur, Hyderabad.

- Touchless Patient Management: Using state-of-the-art facial recognition, the system automates patient check-ins. This reduces wait times and eliminates the risk of identity mismatches—a critical factor in high-volume dialysis centres.

- Real-Time Clinical Integration: In a rare feat of technical synergy, the platform interfaces directly with dialysis machines. It maps real-time health metrics (like blood pressure and heart rate) against video data to provide a comprehensive view of patient health.

- Predictive Safety and Anomaly Detection: The AI doesn’t just watch; it understands. It is programmed to detect:

Patient falls or medical emergencies.

Emotional distress or suspicious behaviour.

Safety hazards like fire, smoke or mob gatherings.

- Governance and Analytics: Through secure API integration with the Arogyasri Statistical Analysis System (SAS), the Trust can now access real-time reports and audit trails, ensuring total transparency in clinical governance.
