Dr Reddy’s, Kyndryl Bridge team up to automate monitoring IT operations
Bangalore: Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Limited has announced a collaboration with Kyndryl, a global enterprise IT services provider, to modernise its IT operations through advanced automation across its global network. The partnership will span manufacturing plants, international offices, data centres, cloud infrastructure and corporate locations.
Kyndryl Bridge to power predictive IT capabilities
At the centre of this transformation is Kyndryl Bridge, an AI-powered open integration platform. It will automate monitoring across Dr Reddy’s hybrid computing systems and provide predictive insights for failure prevention, auto-remediation, and self-service capabilities. The platform is designed to support a proactive IT environment with minimal manual involvement.
Adoption of Zero Touch IT Operations Model
Kyndryl will implement its Dual Model IT Ops framework to establish a Zero Touch IT Operations model for both manufacturing and corporate functions. The new framework aims to reduce manual interventions by approximately 60 per cent, focusing on resolving root causes rather than addressing isolated incidents.
Improved visibility and compliance
The engagement will include the deployment of a single-pane IT dashboard that provides visibility into service performance, compliance status, and risk controls. This unified view is expected to support a digital-first approach to governance and regulatory alignment.
The collaboration aims to strengthen Dr Reddy’s digital infrastructure, helping the pharmaceutical company scale its IT operations in line with its long-term technology and business goals.
