Hyderabad: Fanatics a global digital sports platform to increase its workforce in the city
Hyderabad: Fanatics, a global digital sports platform, announced that it will be doubling its technical workforce in Hyderabad as part of its global expansion plans. The company said that it will be expanding its staff from 250 to over 500 employees within the next two years.
In addition to the hiring growth, Fanatics said it will move into a new, larger office space in Hi-Tech City by 2026, which will be three times the size of its current location.
Scaling up business using AI
As per the data the company provided, it has 22,000 employees across more than 80 locations and is poised to scale its business with technology, data and the application of AI.
To lead the Hyderabad office, Fanatics has appointed Abhishek Dhasmana as vice president and general manager. Abhishek joined Fanatics from Indeed, where he held the position of site head for the companyās India Development Centre. Before Indeed, Abhishek was the director of Product Management and Product Marketing with GoDaddy in Hyderabad. He was at Microsoft for nearly 11 years, where he held a variety of product management and engineering roles, as per a public note from the company.
