Hyderabad to host The Bharat Summit on April 25: Political leaders, industry experts to discuss justice, climate

Hyderabad: As many as 350 delegates from more than 100 countries are going to meet on April 25-26 to discuss solutions for global challenges. The event named ‘The Bharat Summit’ will be held in Hyderabad and will be attended by political leaders such as Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Mallikarjun Kharge.

Discussions on gender justice, climate action

The event will see participants split into various groups to explore topics like gender justice, climate action, and economic equity, all aimed at promoting global good and ensuring politics drives development.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will also be attending the event and explaining Hyderabad’s and the State’s contribution to building a better world for tomorrow.

A public note from the organisers said that the summit would reflect Telangana’s vision to strengthen relations between States and countries through subnational diplomacy.

“By hosting policymakers, academics, and activists from across the globe, the State is fostering partnerships that prioritise inclusive growth and unity. Telangana’s proactive approach sends a clear message: politics can be a unifying force, building bridges for progress rather than creating rifts. This event is a step toward creating lasting collaborations that benefit humanity on a global scale,” the note said.
