TConsult unveils AI Icon in Hyderabad for easy access to industry experts

Hyderabad: TConsult has launched its AI Icon, a cutting-edge platform designed to streamline teleconsultation and international business expansion. The AI Icon is built to connect users with experts across various industries—ranging from healthcare to legal services—using advanced Machine Learning to match user queries with the right professionals.

The unveiling took place at the Global AI Summit 2024, with Telangana IT minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu officiating the launch alongside TConsult chairman Sundeep Kumar Makthala. MLA Madhanmohan Rao was also present at the event.

The AI Icon is seen as an advancement in leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance both business and teleconsultation services.

Using its Expert Matching Engine, TConsult ensures precise connections between users and professionals. The system uses AI and machine learning to personalise consultations, making them faster and more accurate.

TConsult also includes AI Trade Compliance Tools, helping businesses meet international regulations. This feature allows companies to confidently explore global markets, ensuring compliance with trade laws.

Minister Sridhar Babu praised the platform, stating that it showcases how AI (Artificial Intelligence) can drive global business growth while positioning India as a leader in the field. “TConsult is transforming the way industries access expertise and expand internationally,” he said.
