COVID 19: Telangana reports 151 fresh COVID cases, zero deaths on Friday
Around 185 citizens recovered from the infection on Friday taking the tally of total recoveries to 2,93,033.

No new death is reported on February 12, the total death tally reaches 1,614. The fatality rate in the state is 0.54 per cent which is less than the national average of 1.4 per cent.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area reported 31 new cases while Rangareddy reported 13 new cases. Districts of Telangana is seeing the decrease in cases. Medchal Malkajigir reported 11 cases while Warangal Urban reported 9 new cases.

Around 185 citizens recovered from the infection on Friday taking the tally of total recoveries to 2,93,033. The recovery rate, as per the government now stands at 98.85 per cent, which approximately one per cent higher than the national average of 97.3 per cent.
The government tested 27,259 citizens for the virus on Friday. So far 82,69,364 samples have been tested in the state. Samples tested per million population stand at 2,22,175. Still, 761 reports are awaited.
The state currently has 1,781 active cases. Of the total active cases, 789 are under home isolation. Of total positive cases, 70 per cent are asymptomatic with no severe signs of distress while 30 per cent are symptomatic.
According to the state bulletin, men aged between 31 and 40 years contribute to 14.72 per cent of the total cases. Women aged between 21 and 30 years contribute to 9.02 per cent of the total cases. The deaths due to comorbidities have risen to 55.04 per cent. 44.96 per cent of victims had no comorbidities.
