COVID 19: Telangana reports 181 new cases, one death in last 24 hours
Around 163 citizens recovered from the infection on Thursday taking the tally of total recoveries to 2,97,195.

The state reported one new death on March 11 taking the total death tally to 1,650.
The fatality rate in the state is 0.54 per cent which is less than the national average of 1.4 per cent.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area reported 44 new cases while Rangareddy reported 19 new cases. Districts of Telangana is seeing an increase in cases. Medchal Malkajigir reported 15 news cases while Karimnagar reported 10 cases.
Around 163 citizens recovered from the infection on Thursday taking the tally of total recoveries to 2,97,195. The recovery rate, as per the government now stands at 98.82 per cent, which approximately one per cent higher than the national average of 96.8 per cent.
The government tested 21,340 citizens for the virus on Thursday. So far 91,14,985 samples have been tested in the state. Samples tested per million population stand at 2,44,894. Still, 319 reports are awaited.
The state currently has 1,872 active cases. Of the total active cases, 733 are under home isolation. Of total positive cases, 70 per cent are asymptomatic with no severe signs of distress while 30 per cent are symptomatic.
According to the state bulletin, men aged between 31 and 40 years contribute to 14.72 per cent of the total cases. Women aged between 21 and 30 years contribute to 9.02 per cent of the total cases. The deaths due to comorbidities have risen to 55.04 per cent. 44.96 per cent of victims had no comorbidities.
