12 men jailed for harassing women during Lal Darwaja Bonalu
The Hyderabad SHE teams caught these eve teasers red-handed, filed cases, and produced them in court.

Hyderabad: A court handed jail terms ranging from two to 10 days to 12 eve teasers who were harassing women near temples.
People, especially women, celebrate Lal Darwaja Bonalu in the Old City every year. A few eve teasers saw this as an opportunity to harass women. They reportedly touched them inappropriately and took their photos and videos without their consent.
The Hyderabad SHE teams caught these eve teasers red-handed, filed cases, and produced them in court.
The 12 have been identified as M. Natasai Raj (28), Shaik Ameer (24), K. Veera Swamy (30), Mohammed Baba (33), G. Praneesh (28), Md. Minhaj (19), Mitakodur Yadaiah (33), M. Sai Prakash (32), T. Nikhil (21), L. Bhadraiah (32), Sayem Khan (25), and M. Mahesh (30).
The SHE teams warned the eve teasers, "Anybody harassing women assuming that nobody is watching them should know that Hyderabad SHE teams are vigilant. The teams are constantly keeping watch over such persons and their activities across the city."
