Family found dead under suspicious circumstances in Tarnaka; 4YO girl among dead

Hyderabad: Four members of a family were found dead under suspicious circumstances in Hyderabad’s Tarnaka.
Among the dead is a four-year-old girl. The four were found dead at their residence. They have been identified as Prathap (34), his wife Sindhura (32), their daughter Aadya (4), and Pratap’s mother Rajathi. They were from Chennai.
While Pratap hanged himself to death, the others were found in a suspicious position, raising several doubts. The incident came to light after locals informed the police as their door had not been opened since Sunday.
Pratap worked as a designer manager for BMW car showroom in Chennai and Sindhura worked as a manager at a private bank in Himayatnagar. The police believe that a family dispute regarding relocating to Chennai may have been the reason for the deaths.
The police said they were investigating all possibilities in order to determine the cause of death. The bodies have been shifted to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem. Osmania police station inspector L. Ramesh Naik said a case of suspicious death has been registered and the exact reason for their deaths will be known after further investigation.
