GHMC Polls results: 5000 police personnel of Rachakonda will be on bandobast duty

Hyderabad: Four-eight hours ahead of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal polls results, the Rachakonda cops conducted surprise checks at counting centers in Hyderabad.
Checks were carried out at at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Neradmat, Chaitanya school Nacharam and Ramanthpur Polytechnic. The cops covered 17 wards & reviewed security arrangements.
Commissioner of Police of Rachakonda Mahesh Bhagwat said, "Three tier security arrangements are in place with CCTVs installed. Section 144 has been promulgated & in 1 km radius no gathering permission. Victory Rallies are not permitted on the same day. 5000 police personnel of Rachakonda will be on bandobast duties to avert any post poll incident.
While Hyderabad Police Chief Anjani Kumar and Cyberabad Commissioner V C Sajjanar as well inspected counting centers in their jurisdiction on 2nd of December.
