Hyderabad: Man kills realtor over land dispute; case registered

Hyderabad: A real estate dealer was brutally murdered over a land dispute in Bowenpally. Identified as Musa Siddique, he was allegedly killed by Faizuddin from Barkas.
According to Begumpet zone ACP Pruthvidhar Rao, Musa Siddique (43) a resident of Dilkushnagar in old Bowenpally is a real estate dealer. Fayazuddin (42) from Barkas paid Rs.50 lakh to Musa Siddique for a 1200-square-yard plot near Shamshabad. However, it ran into a dispute.
On Tuesday evening, Fayazuddin along with his father and brother came to Musa Siddique's house to discuss the issue. After a heated argument, angry Fayazuddin hit Musa Siddique on his head. Later he stabbed his head and legs with the knife. Local residents took Siddique to a nearby private hospital in Suraram for treatment. He was, however, declared dead on arrival, police said. Bowenpally police registered a case.
