Hyderabad: Police have booked YSRCP leader Potluri Vara Prasad (PVP) for trespassing on the property of Bharatiya Janta Party national vice president DK Aruna's daughter Shruthi Reddy in Banjara Hills.

According to the complaint filed by Shruthi Reddy on January 16, Balaji and other goons employed by Prasad V Potluri harassed and intimidated them regarding the common compound wall.

"They have committed criminal trespass and mischief by damaging the Common Compound Wall with drilling machines to erect the Iron sheets," said Shruthi Reddy in her complaint.

When they asked them to stop these illegal activities, they threatened, abused, and used filthy language. "We are concerned for the safety of our family and children," Shruthi Reddy said in her complaint.

Police booked Potluri Vara Prasad and others under sections 447 (criminal trespass), 427(commits mischief), 506 (criminal intimidation), 509 (to insult the modesty of any woman) of IPC.
