Illegal IPL betting racket busted in Vizag, 2 held
The police said Rambabu, who lives in Maharaja Towers on RK Beach Road in the city, worked in construction. While working, he started cricket betting to make easy money.

Visakhapatnam: The city task force busted an IPL betting racket and arrested two persons in Vizag. They seized laptops, mobile phones, TV sets, other electronic items, and Rs. 5,000 cash from them.
The arrested have been identified as K. Rambabu and G. Venkata Satyanarayana.
The police said Rambabu, who lives in Maharaja Towers on RK Beach Road in the city, worked in construction. While working, he started cricket betting to make easy money. Later, he became a bookie and started luring punters in and around the I-Bheemavaram. With the help of Venkata Satyanarayana, he had been organising cricket betting.
