Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills Police Station have arrested three persons in connection with two criminal cases involving alleged property forgery, criminal trespass, conspiracy, wrongful confinement, assault and robbery at Road No. 25 in Jubilee Hills.

The arrests were made following a complaint by Ashish Kumar Ahuja, police said on Saturday. The police named Polavarapu Sridevi as Accused number 1, P Nayanth (A-3), and Paleti Sreenadh Reddy (A-4).

Forged gift deed alleged

According to police, the disputed property was purchased by the complainant’s father through a registered sale deed dated July 20, 2009, and has remained in his lawful possession since then.

Investigation revealed that Accused No. 1, despite having sold the property in 2009 and having no legal right over it, allegedly executed a fraudulent gift deed on October 10, 2025, in favour of Accused No. 2 using fabricated documents, as part of a criminal conspiracy.

Violent trespass and assault

Police said that on November 9, 2025, when the complainant and his associate visited the property after learning about a fresh trespass attempt, they were allegedly wrongfully confined, threatened and brutally assaulted with iron rods and knives.

The attack reportedly resulted in grievous injuries, and the victims’ personal belongings were forcibly taken.
