Kamareddy: Panchayat secretary caught red-handed accepting bribe
The fingerprints of his right hand yielded positive results in the chemical test

Kamareddy: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) caught a Panchayat secretary red-handed accepting a bribe of Rs 7000 in Kamareddy. Identified as Talla Krishna Mohan of Mutliyampet village, he was caught when he accepted the bribe of Rs. 7,000 from the complainant Chetkuri Rajaialt of Brahmanpally village.
He had demanded a bribe to process the widow's pension application and furnish the details about the properties of his daughter's in-laws.
ACB sleuths recovered the bribe amount of Rs. 7,000 from the accused's possession. The fingerprints of his right hand yielded positive results in the chemical test. "Panchayat Secretary performed his duty improperly and dishonestly to obtain an undue advantage. The case is under investigation," the ACB added.
