Kurnool: Shock, anger after man kills 6MO old son after suspecting wife's fidelity

Kurnool: A man allegedly killed his 6-month- old son after suspecting his wife's fidelity at Nannur village in Orvakal Mandal in the Kurnool district. Kurnool Rural circle inspector M Sreenath Reddy said Jarapati Ranga Murali, who was residing at paradise apartments at Ragamayuri hills locality at Nannur village, used to physically and mentally abuse his 20-year-old wife Boggula Deena suspecting her character.
The accused once again thrashed his wife with a chair. In a fit of rage, he also hit his 6-month-old baby boy with a steel lock. When the mother tried to rush her bleeding baby to the hospital, Jarapati Ranga Murali restrained her and threatened to kill them both. Boggula Deena managed to flee after her husband fell asleep but unfortunately the baby boy died before reaching the hospital.
To further worsen her woes, the mother who was walking with her dead baby was attacked by a bunch of street dogs. The dead baby fell from his lap when she tried to escape. Later dogs bit the baby boy leading to contusion injuries.
Based on a complaint lodged by the victim, Kurnool rural police have registered a case under section 498-A, 307, and 302 of IPC.
