While lodged in the jails, he would interact with burglars, bail them out, and ask them to commit burglaries in return for a 40% share. In 2021, he was detained under the PD Act. He was also involved in setting up brothels and was arrested by the Alipiri police in Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh.

LB Nagar police nab notorious house burglar; seize cash, gold worth Rs. 4L

Hyderabad: The LB Nagar police arrested a house burglar on 30 June and recovered from him Rs. 1 lakh cash, three tulas of gold ornaments, 22 tulas of silver, two motorcycles, and eight mobile phones – all worth Rs. 4.65 lakhs.

Brahmadevi Rajasri Ganesh alias Rajaiah (37) was apprehended at his residence in Khairathabad, Hyderabad. Thirteen cases have been registered against him in Telangana while 17 others are registered in various police stations in different states.

On the intervening night of 6 and 7 March 2022, Rajaiah and his associate robbed a house in Rock Town Colony under the limits of LB Nagar police station and decamped with gold and cash. They also robbed a pharmacy.
