Man gets 2 yr jail for killing 45YO in road accident
Yadaiah received severe injuries on his head and waist. He was immediately taken to Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad, where he died while undergoing treatment.

Hyderabad: A local court sentenced a man to two years imprisonment in connection with a fatal road accident.
On the night of 29 March 2012, the Choutuppal police received a petition from Thurpunuri Pandu (35) of Thallasingaram village in Choutuppal mandal. He said that on 28 March his elder brother Thurpunuri Yadaiah (45) was crossing the road to get drinking water when Bongu Jangaiah (33) hit him with his lorry. Jangaiah was driving rashly, Pandu alleged.
Yadaiah received severe injuries on his head and waist. He was immediately taken to Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad, where he died while undergoing treatment.
Based on the complaint, a case was registered at the Choutuppal police station. The police arrested the accused and remanded him to judicial custody. On completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was filed.
During the trial held on 10 March 2022, the court sentenced Bongu Jangaiah to undergo two years of rigorous imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 5,000.
