Man named in 37 cases of burglary held by Rachakonda police
Rachakonda Police on Tuesday arrested a house burglar who has 37 cases filed against him.

The accused, Kattela Anoop Kumar, is said to have confessed to charges against him in seven cases of burglary that he had committed in 2020.
The police recovered 10 tula of gold, a motorcycle, a laptop, and Rs 15,000 cash. The total added value up to Rs 6,00,000.
According to the police, Kattela Anoop Kumar was a resident of Meerpet and a car driver. He was a habitual offender. He also had many vices and was addicted to living a lavish lifestyle. So he would scout for isolated homes and break into them at night by breaking the latches of the doors. In 2015, the accused was detained under the Preventive Detention (PD) Act.
There are 22 cases against Anoop Kumar in the Rachakonda Commissionerate, three cases in the Cyberabad Commissionerate, nine cases in the Hyderabad Commissionerate and one case in Sangareddy, Mahaboobnagar and Nalgonda each.
