Man with gun causes panic in East Godavari theatre, 3 'RRR' fans die in Chittoor accident

V. Balaji from Pitapuram town, sporting a beard, long hair, and sunglasses posed with a gun and said there was one bullet in the gun which he claimed was original. Later, the local police saw the man roaming in the theatre premises with a gun in his pocket. They seized the gun and took him to the police station.
Meanwhile, as the state celebrated the release of 'RRR' and fans thronged theatres since Thursday night to watch the benefit show, four 'RRR' fans died in two separate incidents in the state on Friday.
Chittoor road accident
Three youth died and one was injured after two allegedly overspeeding motorbikes collided head-on. The incident happened under V Kota police station limits in Chittoor district on Thursday morning when the youth were returning to their village, disappointed, as they couldn't get tickets to watch 'RRR'.
While a 25-year-old (Durga) was killed on the spot, the other two youths, Gangadhar and Vinay Kumar, were critically injured and died at the hospital. The three are residents of Tukaki Vandla Palli in Bangla village, V Kota Mandal. They are construction workers at Pernam Batta in Tamil Nadu. The police have registered a case and are yet to ascertain the cause of the accident.
Man dies of heart stroke
In another shocking incident, 30-year-old Obulesu, a native of Anantapuram district, died of a heart attack while watching 'RRR'. He was filming scenes of the film on his mobile phone when he collapsed. He was immediately taken to the nearby hospital, but the doctors declared him brought dead.
Fans damage theatre property
Due to technical issues in the Annapurna Theatre in Vijayawada, the management had to temporarily stop the 'RRR' film show.
Outraged fans broke window panes, and damaged the theatre's property, during which some of them got injured.
