Visakhapatnam, AP: A 17-year-old boy has allegedly raped and impregnated a 15-year-old girl in Chintapalle Mandal of Visakhapatnam district
Police said the boy sexually assaulted the girl several times. Both the minors are school dropouts and knew each other for some time.
The incident came to the fore when the girl fell ill. Her parents took her to the hospital. After medical tests, she was found 8 months pregnant.
Later the girl's parents filed a complaint with the Chintapalli police station. Cops immediately swung into action and arrested the boy. He was later sent to a juvenile home.
