Hyderabad: A 7-year-old boy was found dead in Nizamabad South (rural) on Friday. According to the Nizamabad Police, the boy's hands were tied and he was thrown into the Nizamsagar canal.
J Naresh, Circle Inspector, Nizamabad South (rural) said, "It's not clear whether the boy died before or after being thrown into the canal. The cause of death is not clear." He also said that a witness saw the boy with a middle-aged lady before the incident occurred.
It is not a case of Amavasya Sacrifice. Those are all rumors, the police informed.
A case has been filed and the investigation is going on.
