Rachakonda cops nab a cyber stalker who tormented women with nude pictures

Hyderabad: Rachakonda police arrested a cyber stalker who harassed women by sending them explicit content in form of nude pictures and voice messages via whatsapp.
According to police, the accused Orsu Srinu studied till class 6th and has been working as a labourer for the last five years. Since 2018, the accused has been using an android-touch screen phone and turned a porn addict. 'He later developed a habit of contacting unknown women and sending them obscene messages with an intention to stalk them. He was earlier arrested by Keesara police and sent to jail. In October 2020 Orsu Srinu, after he was released from the jail, contacted a victim from Ghanapur village of Ghatkesar. He tried to speak with her with intention to develop relationship but the complainant disconnected his call. Later, he sent obscene/nude pictures to victim's phone through WhatsApp" Cops said.
Unable to bare the torment, the victim filed a complaint at Cyber Crime in Rachakonda. During the course of Investigation IO collected the technical evidence and after analyzing the accused was identified.
The cops have taken into custody Orsu Srinu (27) from Suryapet district. A case under 354 D, 509, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 and 67 A of IT Act has been imposed.
