Rachakonda police invoke PD Act against habitual cyberstalker

The offender Mohammed Aslam hails from Manchal Mandal of Ranga Reddy district. He discontinued his B.Tech first year in Sri Datta Engineering College, at Sheriguda in 2016 and joined the same college as a dance master in 2019.
The police said that he used to move close with the girl students on the pretext of teaching dance to them and thus he makes friends with them. Later, he procured their phone numbers and started talking.
During the investigation, it is found that he traps a girl student into his close companion with his glib talks, takes intimate photos of the girls with him teaching dance. Later, he threatened them of dire consequences to fulfil his sexual desires and tried to extort money from them.
It was also found that he got in contact with his classmates through Facebook and induced them to share their picks and he takes screenshots of girls while they were talking on Video calls without their knowledge. He also forces them into Whatsapp video calls in nude and in due course of communication, he takes screenshots, stores them in his phone and later threatens them with dire consequences that he will post them on social networks.
Police alleged that the accused had played with the lives of many girls including a married woman. Most of them had not dared to come forward to complain, apprehending fear of their social status & stigma.
In 2020 he was involved in (03) grave and heinous offences of outraging the modesty of women, threatening them with dire consequences for extorting money each in the Police Station limits of Meerpet, Uppal and Kandukur of Rachakonda Commissionerate.
On November 7, Meerpet Police arrested the remanded him to judicial custody and lodged in Central Prison, Cherlapally but released on bail in all three cases.
