Shock, anger after 5YO girl was raped, bitten in East Godavari
A five-year-old girl was allegedly raped and bitten by an unidentified man under One Town police station limits in Kakinada of East Godavari district.

East Godavari: A five-year-old girl was allegedly raped and bitten by an unidentified man under One Town police station limits in Kakinada of East Godavari district.
East Godavari Police Chief Adnan Nayeem Asmi said the minor girl and her father were staying at her grandparent's house.
Police said the girl and her grandfather were sleeping on the ground floor on Tuesday night while her father slept just outside the house. When her grandparents woke up on Wednesday morning, they found the girl missing.
Family members and relatives immediately starting searching for her. On Wednesday morning, the girl was found lying in an injured condition under a tree, half-a-kilometer from the house
The girl, who was also bitten by the accused, was admitted to Kakinada Government General Hospital where doctors performed surgery on her. The condition of the victim girl is said to be out of danger.
Police said the girl has given some indications about the identity of the culprit. Police are also watching CCTV footage for clues.
