Hyderabad: A CISF constable (29) from Mahabubnagar has filed a complaint against a software employee, identified as Budida Chinna Yadav (32), alleging that he deceived her under the pretence of marriage.

The constable reportedly first connected with Chinna Yadav in 2013, after dialing a wrong number. Following this initial contact, Yadav, a resident of Secunderabadā€™s Kummariguda, regularly called and messaged her, eventually leading to their first in-person meeting in 2015 at Bhagyanagar Institute in Dilsukhnagar, where she was attending coaching classes for constable training.

In 2016, she secured a job at a school in Somajiguda and stayed at a hostel in East Marredpally, near Yadavā€™s home. During this time, Yadav expressed his love for her and assured her of his intention to marry her. According to her statement, Yadav later forced her into a physical relationship, promising marriage. However, when she recently confronted him about marriage, Yadav reportedly refused, leading her to feel misled and exploited.

Marredpally police registered a case on Sunday under sections 417, 420 and section 376(2)(n) IPC against Chinna Yadav, and an investigation is currently underway.
