Hyderabad: A CISF constable (29) from Mahabubnagar has filed a complaint against a software employee, identified as Budida Chinna Yadav (32), alleging that he deceived her under the pretence of marriage.
The constable reportedly first connected with Chinna Yadav in 2013, after dialing a wrong number. Following this initial contact, Yadav, a resident of Secunderabadās Kummariguda, regularly called and messaged her, eventually leading to their first in-person meeting in 2015 at Bhagyanagar Institute in Dilsukhnagar, where she was attending coaching classes for constable training.
In 2016, she secured a job at a school in Somajiguda and stayed at a hostel in East Marredpally, near Yadavās home. During this time, Yadav expressed his love for her and assured her of his intention to marry her. According to her statement, Yadav later forced her into a physical relationship, promising marriage. However, when she recently confronted him about marriage, Yadav reportedly refused, leading her to feel misled and exploited.
Marredpally police registered a case on Sunday under sections 417, 420 and section 376(2)(n) IPC against Chinna Yadav, and an investigation is currently underway.
