Three Yemeni nationals arrested; huge haul of MDMA, ganja seized

Hyderabad: Excise District Task Force Hyderabad Sunday arrested three Yemeni nationals and recovered 30 grams of MDMA, 300 grams of Khat or qat leaves, 1.1 kg of dry ganja, and 4 ganja plants. Three vehicles were also seized.
The arrested foreigners were nabbed near Galaxy theatre, Tolichowki. Sleuths seized 10 grams of MDMA, a narcotic drug from them. Honda Activa and Bajaj Avenger vehicles were also seized.
Subsequently, on their information, DTF raided a flat in Aravind Colony, Tolichowki, and arrested Abdul recovered 20 grams of MDMA and 1.1 Kgs of dry ganja. A Honda Activa Vehicle was also seized.
The DTF also seized 300 grams of Khat or qat leaves (a narcotic substance that looks like ganja but grows only in Yemen) and also recovered 4 ganja plants.
Later the accused were handed over to SHO Golconda police station for further investigation.
