Vikarabad: Nurse brutally hacked to death; body dumped in water tank

Hyderabad: A 19-year-old nurse was brutally murdered on the outskirts of Kadlapur village in Vikarabad district on Sunday.
A police official said her body was found in a water tank. Her body bore severe injury marks.
The woman, working in a hospital, had left her house late on Saturday night without informing her family members. Her father searched for her but to no avail.
Meanwhile, some villagers found the woman's body in the water tank today and informed the police. The body was later fished out the body and sent for postmortem.
A detailed investigation is underway to ascertain the exact reason behind the murder, the police official said.
