Woman abducts 5YO boy from TTD premises; police launch hunt
Police are trying to trace the woman through CCTV surveillance

Tirupati: A 5-year-old boy was kidnapped by an unknown woman at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) premises on Sunday evening. The boy was identified as Govardhan Royal, a native of Daminedu village in Tirupati rural.
Police said at around 5.45 pm on Sunday, the boy's mother made him sit in front of the temple premises and went to buy food and other things at the nearby shop at Akhilandam. By the time she returned, the boy was found missing from the place.
On receiving a complaint from the mother, police immediately checked the CCTV footage. CCTV footage showed that the woman who kidnapped the boy traveled in an RTC bus bearing registration number AP03Z0300. She was seen boarding a bus to Tirupati.
Police are trying to trace the woman through CCTV surveillance.
