Women thrash rowdy-sheeter for molesting minor girls, hands him over to cops in Vizag

Visakhapatnam, December 6: Police have arrested a rowdy-sheeter for allegedly molesting minor girls at Prakashnagar in Vizag city on Monday.
Identified as Domma Chinna Rao, he was running a welfare society. He used to entice Class-IV and Class-V girls with books and pens before assaulting them.
Some victims narrated the tale of woes to their tuition teacher and family members.
Enraged family members and others thrashed Chinna Rao before handing him over to Malkapuram police.
Malkapuram police said that they have arrested the rowdy-sheeter under the POCSO Act and other relevant sections of IPC.
