AP inter results: Pass Percentage of girls is high

Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana announced the results on Wednesday. The total number of candidates in both the first and second year appeared were 9,41,358. Among them, 2,41,591 candidates passed in the first year with a 54% pass percentage, and 2,58,449 passed in the second year with a 61% pass percentage.
In the first and second years, girls pass percentages were 60% and 68% while boys scored 49% and 54%, respectively. While Krishna district tops with 72% and 69% pass percentage in first and second years, Kadapa district stands last with 50% and 41% pass percentage.
Speaking to the media, the Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said there is a provision for 1st and 2nd Year candidates to apply for recounting and supply of scanned copy cum re-verification of valued answer scripts from 25 June to 5 July. Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Exam (IPASE) August 2022 theory examinations will be held in two sessions from 3 August to 12 August. Students can appear for failed subjects and also for Improvement.
IPASE practical examinations will only be conducted from 17 August to 22 August at District quarters. The last date for payment of the IPASE Examination fee is 8 July.
