Girls scored higher than boys in POLYCET-2022

75.73 percent of students passed Polytechnics (POLYCET-2022) and girls have scored higher than boys in the results which were declared today. The pass percentage of girls was 79.99 percent in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and 81.34 percent in Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

The boys in the MPC stream scored 72.12 percent and in MBiPC they got 71.10 percent.

Out of 1,13,979 candidates registered, 1,04,362 have appeared for the examination.

The ranking has been assigned to candidates based on total marks secured in POLYCET-2022 separately for MPC and MBiPC streams.

The students can check their scanned copies of OMR sheets on the website https://polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in or https://polycetts.nic.in.

The SBTET advised candidates to look out for the same and attend the verification of certificates program as per the schedule based on their rank indicated in the notification, the details of branch-wise and college-wise seats available from the DTE and SBTET websites. No separate call letter to attend for verification of certificates and for web counseling shall be sent to the candidate, informed SBTET.

Further SBTET nformed candidates to please note that failure on their part to attend the verification of certificates program as part of web counseling may result in them becoming ineligible for being considered for admission into any Polytechnic in the State for academic year 2022-23.
