Heatwave: School timing reduced in TS; check new schedule
As per the revised timings, all schools shall function from 6:30 am to 11:30 am. The news timings will remain in force till 6 April

Hyderabad: In view of heatwave forecast, Director of School Education on Wednesday reduced the timing of the half-day schools from 31 March. As per the revised timings, all schools shall function from 6:30 am to 11:30 am. The news timings will remain in force till 6 April
"In continuation to the orders issued for commencement of Half-Day Schools, it has been decided to reduce the timing from 31st March to 6th April 2022 in view of the heatwave forecast. Primary, Upper Primary, and High Schools under all managements of government, government-aided and private shall function from 8:00 A.M. to 11:30 AM," the order read.
The order also directed mid-day meals to be provided before 11:30 am.
On 14 March, the Director of School Education issued an order directing all schools to function for half day from March 15 onwards.
