Improve English pronunciation skills of students; explore alternative pedagogy: Jagan to teachers
Representatives of Montessori Schools discussed their educational system with the Chief Minister who suggested that officials should visit those schools

Reviewing the functioning of the women and child welfare department, Jagan virtually launched the YSR Sampoorna Poshana and told officials to take steps to improve the English pronunciation skills and knowledge of kids in foundation schools.
"Since we are imparting training to Class III kids on TOEFL, we need to concentrate on improving the language skills of Class II kids now to improve their IQ. Teachers should concentrate on alternative teaching methods to improve English pronunciation and phonetics among the kids of PP 1 and PP 2 in foundation schools," said Jagan.

Under YSR Sampoorna Poshana, women will be given 2 kg of Ragi powder, 1 kg of rice flakes, 3 kg of rice, 250 grams each of jaggery, chikki, and dry dates, 1 kg of red gram, half a liter edible oil, 5 liters of milk and 25 eggs were given every month under YSR Sampoorna Poshana. While 1 kg of Ragi powder, 2 kg of multigrain attaa, 3 kg of rice, 500 grams each of jaggery, chikki, and dry dates, 1 kg of red gram, half a liter of edible oil, 5 liters of milk and 25 eggs every month.
Further, family doctors are asked to visit the Anganwadi centers during their visits to villages assess the health of the inmates, and provide medical treatment, if need be.
