Hyderabad: Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the co-owner of the IELTS examination, on Tuesday announced the launch of their print and digital editions of IELTS products. The new blended products are aimed at aiding and adding value to IELTS aspirants.

The products are carefully designed keeping in mind learners’ needs, including testing their existing levels, learning courseware (both print and digital), and providing additional resources to help practice and assessment. Cambridge University Press & Assessment also announced the establishment of more Cambridge Learning Partner Centres across Hyderabad to provide learners the best opportunities to achieve their ambitions.

Free teacher training workshops

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is also simultaneously rolling out a series of free teacher training workshops across Hyderabad. The workshops will include focused group discussions with leaders from the IELTS training providers to explore challenges faced by aspirants taking the test and offer solutions to candidates facing a dearth of authentic and quality content.

The sessions are being conducted by experts from Cambridge who are interacting with the trainers and equipping them with key strategies to use to help candidates increase their sectional scores. The new additions come with a comprehensive, accurate, and updated compilation of information for students.

Arunachalam T.K., country head (South Asia), Commercial, said, “There are innumerable candidates who, unable to clear the IELTS test at one go, keep reappearing for it multiple times leading to a colossal waste of their time, energy, and money. This is primarily due to a lack of authentic resources to prepare for the test. To address this problem that so many aspirants face and to bridge their learning gap, we have now created digital and print resources to support candidate learning and provide practice tests.”
