SCCL invites applications for 372 posts; most jobs reserved for residents of Khammam, Adilabad, Karimnagar, Warangal

A formal notification in this regard was issued by the company on Thursday.

SCCL Chairman and Managing Director N. Sridhar said candidates would be selected on the basis of a written test. The SCCL has invited applications for fitter, electrician, welder, turner machinist, motor mechanic and foundryman/moulder trainees, and junior staff nurse (woman).

Of these, 305 posts will be reserved for locals of Khammam, Adilabad, Karimnagar, and Warangal districts. Candidates from other parts of the State are eligible for 67 unreserved posts.

Eligibility for these jobs, education qualification, salary details, fee payment, and other details are available on the SCCL website `www.scclmines.com'. Eligible candidates have to submit their applications online through the career link on the Singareni website from January 22, 3 pm till February 4, 5 pm.

All certificates (soft copies) have to be uploaded online along with the application. A fee of Rs.200 has to be paid through the SBI link at the time of uploading applications. The recruitment department informed that the age limit is 30 years for all the jobs. There will be an age relaxation of five years for SC/ST and BC candidates.

Age limit and exam fees do not apply to internal candidates.
