SED releases AP Mega DSC teachers' selection list; check details

Amaravati: The State Education Department (SED) has released the final selection list of teachers under AP Mega DSC.

The details of the selected candidates are now available on the Mega DSC website. Officials also announced that the list will be displayed in the offices of the District Collectors and District Education Officers.

After the coalition government came to power, the Mega DSC notification for filling 16,347 teacher posts was issued on April 20.

A total of 3,36,300 candidates submitted 5,77,675 applications. The online exams were conducted in two phases between June 6 and July 2. The preliminary key was released on July 5, followed by the final key on August 1.

Officials noted that 20% weightage was given to TET scores, and the verification of candidates’ certificates was carried out in seven phases before the final list was prepared.
