Hyderabad: Educational institutions in Telangana will open from tomorrow, October 21. Due to the indefinite Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) strike in the state. The Telangana government had earlier extended the Dasara holidays for 20 days from October 11 to 19 for all educational institutions. 

District Education Officer (DEO), Hyderabad, B. Venkatanarassama confirmed to NewsMeter and said, “All government and private schools including Engineering, degree, Law, Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, and University colleges will re-open on Monday, October 21.”

As per the latest notification released by the commissioner of school education, the first exams which were scheduled on October 21 and 22 have been rescheduled to October 29 and 30. The time table for the exams post 22nd remains the same.
