69th National Awards: Allu Arjun wins Best Actor; Rocketry: The Nambi Effect wins Best Feature Film
The Best Actress accolade was jointly claimed by Alia Bhatt for her role in Gangubai Kathiawadi and Kriti Sanon for her performance in Mimi.

The awards gave a special reason for Tollywood to celebrate as South Indian superstar Allu Arjun was recognised as the Best Actor for his outstanding portrayal in the Telugu film Pushpa: The Rise (Part I).
The Hindi film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect emerged victorious as the Best Feature Film, while the Best Actress accolade was jointly claimed by Alia Bhatt for her role in Gangubai Kathiawadi and Kriti Sanon for her performance in Mimi.
The title of Best Director was awarded to Nikhil Mahajan for the Marathi film, Godavari. In the Supporting Actor category, Pankaj Tripathi received the honour for his role in Mimi, while Pallavi Joshi was acknowledged as the Best Supporting Actress for her contribution to The Kashmir Files.
The Kashmir Files, directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, not only secured the award for Best Film on National Integration but also left a mark with its significant contribution. Additionally, the Telugu version of the multilingual film RRR was honoured as the Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment.
These esteemed awards were announced by filmmaker Ketan Mehta, who led the 11-member jury responsible for the selection.
